Key Responsibilities:

Led and managed a team of hatchery staff to ensure efficient and productive work shifts.

Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team members’ skills and performance.

Monitor staff attendance and schedule work shifts effectively.

Oversee the incubation process, ensuring optimal conditions for hatching.

Maintain hatchery equipment and addressed operational issues for continuous improvement.

£12.94 per hour

3am-11am, Monday to Friday

Good English language skills are required for this role
